Service Description

Angamardhana: ============== In Angamardana, you use your own body weight and momentum to increase the flexibility of the muscle over a period of time. It is taught as a series of dynamic processes (7 standing, 8 squatting, 5 sitting, and 7 lying down) to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. It is as effective for body building as weight training, but it does not create any unnecessary stress on the system. Benefits of practicing Angamardana regularly: Weight loss Increased Physical Strength Increased Flexibility Open to everyone, no previous experience of yoga required. Session 1 : Mar 1 : 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM Session 2 : Mar 2 : 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Session 3 : Mar 3 : 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Early Bird : $385 (Until Feb 20th) Regular : $400 Attendance to all sessions are mandatory As a gentle reminder: 1) Please bring a yoga mat (and a cushion to sit comfortably on the ground - if required). 2) Plan to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes early. It is essential to arrive on time so the class can begin promptly. 3) Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. Organic cotton is best. 4) Please remember to come on an empty stomach condition. Age 8 to 13 : This means 2.5 hours after a meal, 1.5 hours after a snack, 1 hour after a beverage other than water Age 14 and above : This means 4 hours after a meal, 2.5 hours after a snack, 1.5 hours after a beverage other than water
