They are not taught merely for physical fitness and strength, but are a way of aligning the inner system to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with the existence, thereby naturally achieving a state of health, joy and bliss. Essentially, hatha yoga is towards establishing this alignment." - Sadhguru Benefits of practicing Yogasanas regularly: Stabilization of the body, mind, and energy system Slows down the aging process Relief of chronic health conditions Agility Level: Intermediate For ages 14+ Open to everyone, no previous experience of yoga required Yogasanas Beginner: 355$ (includes wix transaction fee) ======================================== Session 1 : Feb 7 : 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM Session 2 : Feb 8 : 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Session 3 : Feb 9 : 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM Session 4 : Feb 9 : 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM As a gentle reminder: 1) Please bring a yoga mat (and a cushion if required). 2) Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early. It is essential to arrive on time so the class can begin promptly. 3) Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. Organic cotton is best. 4) Please remember to come on an empty stomach condition. Age 14+ : This means 4 hours after a meal, 2.5 hours after a snack, 1.5 hour after a beverage other than water Program fee : From $355 (Also includes the transaction fees)
