Cancellation Policy
If you find yourself unable to attend an event, please do your best to alert us as soon as possible. USD 25 processing fee will be deducted for all cancellations on or before 1 week from program date. 50% of the total program fee paid will be deducted for cancellation within one week of the program date. 75% of the total program fee paid amount will be deducted for cancellation from the program date and there after. Our class capacity is limited, thus if a cancellation is necessary, please inform us as early as possible so that we can offer this opportunity to someone on our waiting list. Refund processing time is typically 2 weeks.
AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM
I hereby agree to the following:
1. That I am participating in the Yoga Class/Workshop, offered by YOGA SAAGARAA LLC, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga may require some physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical discomfort or injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Yoga Class or Workshop. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Class/Workshop.
3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class or Workshop, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class/Workshop, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against YOGA SAAGARAA LLC, its owners, and class/workshop Sponsor, for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
5. I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant negligence or other acts.
6. I relinquish all rights to any photographic record of this class that may be created and give permission to YOGA SAAGARAA INC. to use such photographic material for promotional purposes as long as such material is in good taste and meets community standards for decency and appropriateness.
Non Disclosure
I agree that I will not disclose the course content to those who have not taken the course and I will safeguard the knowledge gained in the class. I agree that I will not create written records of the knowledge gained from this course. I agree that I will not create internet content displaying the content of this course and that I will protect this knowledge as much as possible.
COVID Disclosure
I agree that I will follow standard COVID guidelines and protocols during the program. The program happens with utmost care possible and YOGASAAGARAA LLC will not be liable for any infections.
I agree that I am registering and attending the program at my own risk and discretion.
I agree that I will notify the teacher if tested positive during the course of program or been in contact with someone who happen to test positive.
I agree that I will discuss with the teacher on refund/reattendance on pending sessions if I test positive during the program
The program happens in a smaller group considering the pandemic situation. We recommend that every participant is fully vaccinated and preferably takes the booster shots as well. We request the participants to wear masks during the program and notify the teacher in case of any questions, clarifications or concerns on the COVID guideline.
