Children's Yoga​

It is best if yoga becomes part of an individual at an early age. This will help the kids to blossom to their full potential. Yoga is taught to kids in a fun filled environment. No prior exposure is required. Asanas and Pranayam is being offered as part of the program.

 

Eye care modules for children are also available.

Age Limit : 7 years to 13 years
